Ambassadors' Forum - 6 March 2017

We have been informed that the envisaged visit of Ambassador Areikat - chief of the delegation of the PLO to the U.S. - to UNC-Chapel Hill had to be CANCELLED as he was called home to Ramallah for consultations and had to leave immediately.

CFFS Luncheon on 31 January 2017

Members of the Carolina Friends of the Foreign Service and their guests attended a luncheon on Tuesday, 31 January 2017 at the University Club in Durham.

Our speaker was Jeff Spinner-Halev, Kenan Eminent Professor of Political Ethics, Department of Political Science, University of  North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The topic of his talk was Changing Demographic Trends and their Impact on Israeli Domestic and Foreign Policies.
